Spice Blends
Spice blends have more importance than just making your meals delicious! In holistic lifestyles and Ayurvedic protocols, spices are a huge component of the digestibility of your foods. They not only help prevent digestive symptoms + upset, but also allow better absorption of nutrients.
A balanced meal contains all 6 tastes (sweet, salty, sour, pungent, bitter + astringent) and spices help bring balance to meals by contributing to the diversity of tastes within each meal.
Some examples of digestive symptoms that indicate imbalance:
-Sluggishness after eating
-Gas (Flatulence + Burping)
-Heartburn
-Bloating
-Immediate need for elimination after eating
Available Blends
